These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FancamLive application ("App") operated by AIDIDAPPS ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the App
FancamLive is an iOS application that allows you to watch Twitch and YouTube live streams side by side, participate in live chat, play back VODs, stream to Twitch, and record your screen.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
2. Accounts & Authentication
Certain features of the App may require you to sign in with your Twitch or Google/YouTube account. When you authenticate through these third-party services, you authorize us to access limited account information as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your third-party account credentials. We do not store your passwords.
3. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services including:
- Twitch — for live stream viewing, chat, and broadcasting
- YouTube — for live stream and VOD viewing
- Google OAuth — for YouTube account authentication
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service.
4. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AIDIDAPPS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Content streamed through Twitch and YouTube belongs to their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of any third-party content accessed through the App.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App to infringe on the rights of others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App to distribute harmful or malicious content
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or its connected services
- Use the App in violation of Twitch or YouTube terms of service
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIDIDAPPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties.
